A personalized coaching and advisory experience designed for executives navigating complex leadership challenges. This service provides ongoing strategic counsel, leadership development, and decision-making support tailored to real-time organizational needs.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure availability and maintain a high level of service for all clients, the following scheduling and cancellation policy applies: Scheduling Commitment Coaching and advisory sessions are reserved in advance and are dedicated exclusively to each client. Scheduled time blocks are held specifically for you and are not double-booked. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time without penalty. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance will be subject to a 10% administrative fee if a refund is requested. This policy is in place to ensure that reserved time is respected and to avoid taking availability away from other clients. Missed Sessions Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a late cancellation and subject to the same policy. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed less a 10% administrative fee when cancellations occur within the restricted timeframe (less than 24 hours’ notice). Rescheduling Option When possible, clients are encouraged to reschedule sessions in advance to avoid fees and maintain continuity in their leadership development. Agreement By engaging in Executive Leadership Coaching & Advisory services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
