Service Description
A 10-week cohort-based leadership development program designed for executives and emerging leaders responsible for real outcomes. This program focuses on practical leadership skills including decision-making, accountability, emotional intelligence, and leading through uncertainty. Participants engage in guided discussions, real-world application, and structured accountability to transform how they lead in their current roles.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest quality experience and to respect the limited number of seats available in each cohort, the following enrollment and cancellation policy applies: Enrollment Commitment Enrollment in the Executive Leadership Accelerator secures a limited seat in a small, cohort-based program. Each seat is reserved specifically for the enrolled participant, and availability is intentionally capped to maintain program quality. Cancellation Policy Participants may cancel their enrollment within three (3) business days of registration for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations requested after three (3) business days from the date of registration will result in forfeiture of the reserved seat and are not eligible for a refund. Because each seat represents an opportunity that may have been allocated to another participant, this policy is strictly enforced. Program Start Policy Once the cohort has officially begun, cancellations, refunds, or transfers are not permitted under any circumstances. Exceptional Circumstances In rare and unforeseen situations, requests may be reviewed at the discretion of Thought Partner LLC; however, approval is not guaranteed. Agreement By enrolling in the Executive Leadership Accelerator, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
